Express shipping, free, on every order

There is one shipping speed on this site and it is the fast one. You are never asked to choose, never shown an upgrade, and never charged for it. We pay for express on every order, at every size, to every address we ship to.

How long it actually takes

Two numbers, because the honest answer has two parts and most brands only print the second one.

• 2 to 5 business days at the facility, where your bottles are picked, sealed and labelled.
• 1 to 3 days in transit once it leaves, by express carrier.

So the realistic window is about three days to a week and a half from the moment you order. Your tracking number arrives by email the moment the parcel is scanned. If you have not seen that email within six business days, write to us and we will chase it ourselves.

Use that week. Take your six baseline tests while the bottles are on their way, before the first capsule. That is the only baseline you will ever get, and once the bottles arrive the moment has passed. The link is in your order confirmation, and your numbers wait for you in your account.

Where we ship

• The 48 contiguous United States.
• Not Alaska, not Hawaii, not US territories, not outside the United States. Our fulfilment partner cannot reach them, so we do not take the order rather than take your money and disappoint you.
• One address per order. Tell us before it ships if you need to change it and we will move it.

Your whole supply ships at once

Sixty, ninety or a hundred and eighty days, it all arrives in one box. There is no subscription, no drip feed and no second charge: you pay once, and we will never bill your card again unless you place another order yourself.

Something wrong

Late, lost, damaged or the wrong thing entirely: email [email protected] with your order number. We refund or replace it, whichever you prefer, at our cost and with no conditions. A photo helps when there is one to take.
