These terms apply when you use sharpqueen.com or buy from us. By placing an order you agree to them. They are short on purpose.

1. Who we are

2. The product

Sharp Queen Brain & Focus Formula is a dietary supplement. It is not a drug and it is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Statements on this site have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. Read the label before use. Do not exceed the recommended dose. If you are pregnant or nursing, under 18, or have a medical condition or take medication, consult a physician first. The product contains soy and fish, and contains iron: accidental overdose of iron-containing products is a leading cause of fatal poisoning in children under 6. Keep out of reach of children.

3. Orders and payment

Prices are in US dollars. Payment is taken at checkout through Mollie. We may refuse or cancel an order if we suspect fraud, if the product is unavailable, or if the price was displayed in error; if we do, we refund in full. We ship within the United States only.

4. Prepaid supplies

Sharp Queen is sold as a prepaid supply of 60, 90 or 180 days. You pay once and the whole supply ships together. There is no subscription, no recurring charge, and nothing to cancel: we will never bill your card again unless you place another order yourself. The Sharp Line program is included free with every order and stays in your account whether or not you order again.

5. The guarantee

There are three ways to get your money back, and each has its own conditions. The Measured Guarantee refunds your whole order, bottles kept, if your Sharp Score has not risen between your baseline and a retest taken by day 70. Separately, we refund every sealed bottle for a full year from the order date, for any reason. And if an order arrives damaged, wrong, or not at all, we refund or replace it with no conditions at all. The Refund Policy sets out exactly what each route requires; it is part of these terms.

6. Your account

Sharp Queen has no passwords. You sign in by asking for a link at your account page; we email a link that works once and expires after 24 hours. Anyone who can read your inbox can therefore open your account, so keep your email address secure and tell us at once if you think someone else has access to it. Your test scores, your reports and your order history live in that account, and a refund does not delete any of it.

7. Content on this site

Articles, images and the Sharp Queen name and mark belong to us. Testimonials are the experience of the person quoted; results vary and are not guaranteed. Nothing on this site is medical advice.

8. Limits

To the extent the law allows, our liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

9. Disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of [State], USA. Before any legal action, email us; almost everything is solved by a refund and a conversation.

10. Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top tells you when. Continued use after a change means you accept it.
