California Privacy Notice

This notice supplements our Privacy Policy for California residents under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), as amended.
Categories of personal information we collect
Identifiers (name, email, address, phone, IP address); commercial information (what you bought); internet activity (pages viewed, referring site); and inferences drawn for advertising. Sources: you, your device, and our advertising partners. Purposes: fulfilling orders, customer service, marketing, analytics, fraud prevention and legal compliance, as described in the Privacy Policy.
Sale and sharing
We do not sell personal information for money. We do “share” identifiers and internet activity with advertising platforms (Meta, Google, TikTok) for cross-context behavioral advertising, which the CCPA treats as sharing. You can opt out at any time.
Your rights
- Know and access the personal information we hold about you.
- Delete it, subject to exceptions such as completing a transaction or keeping tax records.
- Correct inaccurate information.
- Opt out of sharing for cross-context behavioral advertising. Use the “Your Privacy Choices” link in the footer, turn on Global Privacy Control in your browser, or email us.
- No discrimination for exercising any of these rights.
How to make a request
Email [email protected] with “California privacy request” in the subject. We verify requests by matching the email to your account or order. An authorized agent may make a request on your behalf with your written permission. We respond within 45 days.
Retention
Order records: as long as tax and consumer law require. Marketing data: until you unsubscribe. Analytics data: 26 months.
