Sharp Queen (“we”, “us”) operates sharpqueen.com. This policy explains what we collect when you visit or buy, what we do with it, and the choices you have. It is written to be read, not skimmed. If a sentence is unclear, email us and we will fix the sentence.
What we collect
- When you order: your name, shipping and billing address, email, phone number, and what you bought. Your card details go directly to our payment processor, Mollie; we never see or store the full card number.
- When you create an account: your email, a password we store only as a hash, and your order history.
- When you write to us: your email and whatever you tell us.
- When you browse: your IP address, browser type, pages viewed and the site you came from, collected by standard server logs and by the analytics and advertising cookies described below.
What we use it for
- To ship your order and send the receipt, tracking and delivery emails.
- To answer your questions and handle refunds under our guarantee.
- To send you marketing email if you opted in. Every marketing email has an unsubscribe link that works on the first click.
- To measure how the site is used and to show our ads to people who have visited it, using cookies from Meta, Google and TikTok.
- To prevent fraud and to comply with the law.
Who we share it with
We share personal information only with the companies that help us run the store: our payment processor (Mollie), our fulfillment partner who packs and ships orders, our email provider, our hosting company, and the advertising platforms named above. Each receives only what it needs for its job. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for money.
Cookies
We use cookies that are necessary for the cart and checkout to work, and optional cookies for analytics and advertising. You can block optional cookies in your browser settings; the store will still work. Some browsers send a Global Privacy Control signal, and we honor it as an opt-out of advertising cookies.
Your choices and rights
- Access or delete: email us and we will send you what we hold about you, or delete it, within 30 days. We keep order records as long as tax law requires.
- Marketing: unsubscribe in any email, or ask us.
- Subscriptions: cancel, skip or pause from your account page, any time. Cancel means cancel.
- California residents: see our California Privacy Notice for your rights under the CCPA, including the right to know, delete, correct and opt out of the sharing of personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.
Children
Our products and site are for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
Security
The site runs over HTTPS. Payments are handled by Mollie, a PCI DSS Level 1 certified processor. No system is perfect; if a breach ever affects your data, we will tell you.
